Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns

 

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

 

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@kastross.com. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was delivered. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Defective or Broken Items After Use

If your item is defective or malfunctions within 14 days of receiving it, you may return it at your own expense. Once received, we will issue store credit for the full amount, allowing you to reorder the item.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving the item to return it. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@kastross.com to receive the return address.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days after receiving it to do so. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to return the item at your expense. For assistance, contact us at contact@kastross.com. The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Incorrect Product

If we sent you the wrong product, you have 14 days to return it at your expense. Once received, we will issue a full refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@kastross.com.
